For our Licensed Officials

First and foremost, I want to thank you all again for everything you do to support Working Equitation in the United States.  As always, your hard work is very much appreciated.

Since we are approaching the last quarter of the competition year, I am sending out this reminder.  Please do not wait until the very last minute to take exams or submit evidence of continuing education, since we need time to review your materials.

TDs are required to test annually, prior to the end of the competition year. Some of you have not yet taken your examinations for the 2018 competition year, and the 2019 year begins in just a little over 12 weeks.  You need to request your exam prior to November 16 if you intend to take the full two weeks to complete and return it.  Please get with us to schedule a time convenient for you to get this accomplished.
All officials need to be keeping track of continuing education.  This
needs to be documented and submitted to the LOC annually, also before the end of the competition year, in the correct format.

The latest LOC requirements can always be found on the website:  https://www.confederationwe. us/judging/.

If you are not already attending the US Working Equitation Licensed Officials Training Seminar this week in Texas, you may be interested in the second Licensed Officials Seminar October 16th – 18th.  This seminar will be taught by our US Licensed Officials Instructors.  It is open to currently licensed officials and individuals working on becoming licensed.  Silent Auditors are welcome.  Details are here:

Please let us know if we can help you or if you have any questions.
